Framing your Xeriscape

FENCES

Fencing in a Utah xeriscape is as much about protecting your landscape from the elements as it is about defining your property. Since our high-desert climate features intense UV exposure, dry heat, and heavy snow, I recommend materials like powder-coated aluminum or western red cedar that can handle these extremes without warping or rotting.

Durable Fencing for the Utah High Desert

We design and install fences that complement water-wise aesthetics while standing up to Utah’s varied terrain and weather.

Premium Western Red Cedar: Naturally resistant to rot and insects, cedar handles temperature fluctuations well and doesn't easily crack in Utah’s dry heat.

Architectural Aluminum: Rust-proof and non-combustible, aluminum is a top choice for fire-prone regions and doesn't fade under relentless mountain sun.

Weather-Resistant Vinyl: A low-maintenance powerhouse that shrugs off snow and rain. We recommend light colors to reflect heat and prevent the warping sometimes seen in darker panels.

Modern Composite: Blends the look of natural wood with the durability of recycled plastics, providing a sleek, maintenance-free boundary that won't splinter.
